4Front Entertainment
was created by Leighton Jones and Melanie
Ballard in 2002. After several successful years
between the UK & Cyprus, 4Front moved to the sun and
has been based permanently in the Paphos area of
Cyprus for the last 3 years. It has been a very
successful 3 years with 4Front having helped hotels
achieve awards and more importantly increased tour
operator CSQ scores within all the hotels they have
worked in.
Leighton began his career early on as a dancer
competing in world championship dance competitions
and being ranked in the top 50 in the world at youth
level. After teaching in Hong Kong and appearing in
a film with Liv Tyler and Ralph Fienes, Leighton
made the move into general entertainment and moved
to Cyprus. From his management skills running kids
clubs in the UK and Cyprus to performing in
professional Cabaret shows, his love of sports such
as volleyball to compering events left Leighton
deciding to combine his and Melanie’s talents to
create 4Front Entertainment. Whilst the company was
created in the UK, Leighton studied for his dance
teaching qualifications and is now a UKA associated
professional and works as a dance teacher and
performer alongside directing the company.
Melanie has been performing and writing music since
the tender age of 8. Ranked 2nd in the country for
song writing at the national rock and pop awards
when she was just 13, years later in 2003 she won
the UK song writing competition dance award with her
collaboration under the rainbow. Mel was destined to
work in entertainment, after finishing school she
began performing on the local hotel and club circuit
whilst gaining her music degree from the University
of Wolverhampton. She then took a year out to work
in Cyprus as an entertainer where she met and worked
alongside Leighton. Mel now manages the shows and
performers and also teaches vocals whilst working in
the studio on her own album.
Together 4Front Entertainment was created from the
fusion of years of experience in music, dance,
teaching and both children’s and adult hotel
entertainment. This company have the ideas and the
talent to continue to be at the forefront of
entertainment. |
